Pacific Landscape Management (PLM) has been providing the highest quality service to our clients throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington since 2001. Our goal is to develop enduring relationships with customers by providing quality horticulture services and proactive communication. We consider ourselves environmental stewards and leaders in developing sustainable and innovative landscape solutions.
Through our nearly 20 years in business, we’ve sharpened our systems, procedures, and company culture to focus on our customer’s needs. Our three branch locations provide full-service landscape maintenance with an average of 250 employees to better serve our customers.
Each year Pacific Landscape Management does our best to support local nonprofits in our area including The Oregon Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Solve, and many others.
PLM has a college tuition reimbursement program. We encourage employees to further their education by taking classes with focuses in English, horticulture, irrigation, pesticide application, and computer skills. We encourage Team Orange members to take these classes to advance their careers.
We are driven to provide the most professional and high level of landscape care and a well-trained team is required to do so. We provide weekly in-house training and support our team with outside seminars and tuition assistance to motivate our team to become further educated and certified in all aspects of landscape and irrigation care.
Our business is taking care of plants, but our passion is taking care of people. To provide great service, you need to have great people, and to attract and keep great people, you need to have a great culture. We honor and respect our team and work to build community with them through countless team events.
