The Assistant Estimator / Social Media Coordinator provides support to the sales team and account managers for new business development, marketing, and enhancement sales. Primarily producing accurate and timely estimates, proposals, social media posts, and other company communications as needed. Software programs used include: GoiLawn, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Hootsuite, Constant Contact, and Aspire, our business management software.
The Branch Administrator facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned branch(es) by performing a variety of administrative, accounting, and clerical tasks. The successful administrative professional takes great pride in being part of an industry that makes a positive impact on the environment, thrives in a team environment, and flourishes while partnering with their internal & external customers.
The Fleet Manager partners with PLM’s current fleet management company and is responsible for all aspects of fleet lifecycle management and maintenance, which currently includes over 280 vehicles and 2,600 pieces of equipment. In this role, you will assess, lead, and implement fleet & equipment health, capital acquisition planning and forecasting, disposition, and have direct oversight of administered maintenance, repairs, warranty, and recalls. The role supports Oregon and Washington operations and includes frequent travel between all branches.
Successful team member performs all spraying activities at the assigned job sites according to pre-established schedules, standards and procedures to provide a high quality service to our internal and external customers within budget and under the supervision of a Field Foreman and/or Branch Manager.
Successful team member must have a laser focus on providing high-quality irrigation evaluation and repairs for our commercial, municipal, and multi-family maintenance customers and provide stellar customer service with three plus years’ experience. Technician performs inspections, diagnosis, and repairs of electrical and hydraulic components of commercial and residential irrigation systems.
Water costs are skyrocketing in the Portland metropolitan area, making water conservation an important piece of managing a commercial property. We are finding that many water conservation projects have a good return on investment, which is always important to property owners, investors, and managers. We have developed a Water Conservation evaluation process to develop a document to present to our clients with detailed evaluation and recommendations to reduce water use through system upgrades as well as site landscape modifications. We have developed a process to complete these on all our properties as approved by our customers.
Our Account Managers work with our customers to manage and maintain their landscapes in order to serve their specific individual business needs. Most of our Account Managers are degreed horticulturalists that have a passion to improve landscaping to make it more efficient and effective.
Our Field Managers are in charge of our crews in the production department, working directly with their partnered Account Manager to ensure that our customer’s needs are being met on a daily basis by our teams. Our Field Managers are skilled production managers and supervisors with a passion for landscape management and team building as well as the development of their staff.
Our team of Landscape Designers and Estimators work with our Account Managers to help develop and present our design ideas to our customers. This team is technically trained and all have horticulture and design related degrees. They hold a passion for helping to improve the beauty, function, and sustainability of the landscapes we manage.
Irrigation management is a key function in landscape management; and we have worked to develop and train a team of sophisticated and skilled technicians. They help repair and maintain our customer’s irrigation systems as well as help improve to reduce water usage as costs rise dramatically. Our team is experienced and professional and simply the best in the northwest.
Our business is landscape management but a significant amount of construction occurs as we repair and upgrade aging landscapes. We have developed and trained many landscape construction professionals to support our maintenance team when update and renovation of our customer’s landscape is required.
Managing a landscape requires many skills from turf maintenance, to pruning, to weed control. Our highly qualified and trained team works together throughout the year as the seasons change to maintain our customer’s landscape in peak health and beauty. We go through rigorous training on a weekly basis to ensure that our team is ready for their daily tasks as they vary dramatically throughout the seasons.
