College Recruiting

We currently have 20 staff members with associate’s or bachelor’s degrees in horticulture and related fields. As our industry becomes more technical, and with our desire to serve our clients with the most sophisticated and professional services, we actively recruit from many college programs to build our staff as we grow.

Pacific Landscape Management collaborates with many schools including Oregon State University, Portland Community College, Clackamas Community College, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Colorado State University, and Brigham Young University. We are involved in occasional teaching opportunities and support their program’s participation in the National Association of Landscape Professionals National Collegiate Landscape Competition annually.
